With over a decade of personal lines underwriting experience, Kristine is a powerhouse in the insurance world. She previously assisted with managed a profitable book at Braishfield Associates, where she earned a reputation for delivering smart, tailored risk solutions and top-tier service to agents and insureds alike.
Pelletier holds a 4-40 Certified Professional Service Representative license and a degree in Criminal Justice—bringing not only technical expertise but also a cool, client-first mindset and a sharp eye for solving complex coverage needs.
Pelletier’s arrival strengthens AAU’s growing Personal Lines division and marks another step forward in USG’s commitment to investing in top talent and industry-leading service.
This move is the most recent change that AAU has implemented in its plan to expand operations nationwide and continue to provide innovative solutions for the risk management industry.
