USG Announces Hire of Aaron Butchino in Phoenix, AZ

USG Insurance Services, Inc., a prominent national wholesaler and MGA, is pleased to announce the addition of Aaron Butchino to their esteemed Brokerage Division. He has joined the team as an Inside Broker and will be working under the guidance of Mitchel Zelman, National Director: Brokerage Division.

With four years of experience in the wholesale insurance space, Butchino brings a proven track record of success and a sharp focus on complex Builders Risk placements. From ground-up construction and renovations to open reporters and master programs, he has reviewed submissions in more than 20 states and five countries, with a concentration in high-risk areas like Alaska, California, Texas, and Florida.

Butchino began his insurance career as a Technical Assistant with Amwins, quickly advancing to Associate Broker in under two years. Studying Chemical Engineering and later Finance, Butchino balanced full-time work and school while developing a passion for the E&S industry. Known for his strategic mindset, collaborative approach, and problem-solving skills, Butchino is a valuable addition to the USG team and will play a key role in their continued success.

This move is the most recent change that USG has implemented in its plan to continue expanding its operations nationally as a leading wholesaler brokerage firm.
