USG Announces Hire of Melissa Torres in Tampa, FL

Melissa joins the team as a Producer/Broker, bringing two years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance, along with a strong background in customer service, team leadership, and client relations.
In her role, Melissa will manage new and renewal business submissions, work with carriers and brokers to place coverage, and provide exceptional service to retail agents. Her experience in assessing commercial risks, coordinating with multiple markets, and supporting clients through the insurance process will be a valuable asset to the USG team.
