USG Announces Hire of Shannon Smith in Senoia, GA

USG Insurance Services, Inc. is excited to announce that Shannon Smith has joined the company as an Associate Producer/Broker in its Georgia office. Smith will be working under the leadership of Bob Reardon, Director of National Business Development.

Smith brings seven years of specialized experience in casualty risk placement within the Excess & Surplus (E&S) market. She is recognized for her ability to cultivate strong relationships with retail partners, identify new market opportunities, and negotiate competitive insurance coverage that meets clients’ unique needs.

Licensed by the Georgia Department of Insurance as a Property & Casualty Resident Agent, Smith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Georgia State University. Her career path includes progressive roles at Amwins Insurance Brokerage, where she developed expertise in marketing strategies, client service, and team leadership.

At USG, Smith will leverage her industry knowledge and market insights to support business growth and deliver customized insurance solutions tailored to client requirements

This move is the most recent change that USG has implemented in its plan to continue expanding its operations nationally as a leading wholesaler brokerage firm.
