With an industry career spanning nearly 28 years, 12 of them with USG, Becca has played a key role in driving branch performance, fostering a collaborative team environment, and developing talent.
Known for her professionalism and disciplined, results-driven approach, Becca has earned the respect of colleagues, carrier partners, and retail agents alike. Becca will continue to oversee USG offices in the Northeast, focusing on strategic growth initiatives, expansion, team development, and maintaining operational consistency across the region.
