USG Announces Hire of Cole Quinn in Tampa, Florida

USG Insurance Services, Inc., a prominent national wholesaler and MGA, is pleased to announce the addition of Cole Quinn to its Florida office. Quinn joins the team as a Producer/Broker. 

Quinn brings experience in the commercial insurance space, with a background in casualty brokerage. He has developed strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and agents, while gaining experience negotiating terms, marketing accounts, and placing coverage tailored to client needs and budgets. His ability to analyze risk profiles and navigate complex placements makes him a strong addition to the team. 

In addition to his insurance experience, Quinn has a background in customer service, operations, and team development. He has experience recruiting, training, and mentoring individuals, as well as supporting day-to-day operations in fast-paced environments. His strong communication skills, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset contribute to his client-focused approach. 

In his new role, Quinn will focus on growing USG’s wholesale brokerage presence while delivering innovative solutions for hard-to-place risks. 

This move is the most recent change that USG has implemented in its plan to continue expanding its operations nationally as a leading wholesaler brokerage firm.
