USG Announces Hire of Ledbetter in Montgomery, AL

Ledbetter’s impressive career includes her most recent role as an Inside Broker at Risk Placement Services, where she exceeded new business revenue goals by 100% and managed a book of business exceeding $1 million. Her extensive background also includes underwriting, data analysis, risk assessment, and client relationship management. She has developed a strong ability to collaborate across departments, streamline communication, and craft innovative solutions for complex risks.

Ledbetter specializes in challenging placements, particularly within the habitational, manufacturing, and LRO sectors. Her technical expertise in E&S insurance and underwriting principles, combined with a keen ability to analyze risk and negotiate placements, makes her a valuable asset to USG’s growing brokerage team.
